Overview
The Moscow Jewish Film Festival was Russia's first Jewish film festival. I ran its communications from 2018 to 2023 — through audience campaigns, a pandemic hybrid edition, and the return to full in-person festivals.
My Role
Communications Director, 2018–2023. I ran the strategy, the editorial and press materials, the journalist and partner relationships, the channel planning, the paid acquisition and the campaign measurement.

Approach
- 2019: owned channels, paid acquisition, trailer distribution, digital PR and the site running as one measurable funnel.
- 2020: the same system split in two — one path for in-person, one for online viewing.
- 2023: 40+ films from nine countries across Karo October, Illuzion and the Jewish Museum.

Result
The retained 2019 report records approximately 920K reach on owned pages, 26.4K site visits and 43.4K views from digital-PR placements. The voice held steady while the festival changed shape three times.
